Costume goodness
So I've been mulling over costuming for the upcoming larp. Since I have my own PC, I get to focus on stuff like costuming. Which is one of my favorite parts about larping. This is probably the first character I've played where I feel like I absolutly have to make something from scratch, despite the modern setting of the game.  So this is the portrait I photoshoped for my character. I know that ultimatly the eyes are going to be just to expensive to recreate. After doing a little browsing around, the kind of contacts that would pull off the affect well enough to be worth it would just be way to much... So I'm just going to use plenty of dark eyeliner and makeup to re-create the twinkly skin. As far as costuming, I'm going to attempt to re-create this in another color. Probably shades of blue and gray....  I've looked at a couple cosplay sites and it seems very doable. Here's one of the better re-creations I've found. Working on a new costume peice for Miranda, finished a side only to realize I'd done the whole thing with the seam on the wrong side....
